This is the first of three issues of "The Bessarabian Jews." Of particular interest is the 11-page section in Yiddish entitled "Bessarabian Jews in America Searching for Their Relatives," starting on image 73. It consists of hundreds of entires of those seeking their relatives in Bessarabia with whom contact was lost during the Second World War.
